Ramp brief before you write

Promoters who already have a date on the wall should include runway heading, show-line length, and whether the box allows the motorcycle crate next to the Pitts. That one paragraph saves a day of back-and-forth once the crew starts building a fuel and hotel plan.

If you are asking about a midweek practice or a school visit, say so in the subject line. Those days still need a quiet ramp and a place to park the support truck, even when the smoke oil stays in the can.
